Even though we are still having all these earthquakes and aftershocks, I will get back to posting the moments that I think are worth sharing with the world. The last earthquake on the night of April 7 left us again with no power for 15 hours, but amazingly enough, the process of getting back to normal went smoothly. We were prepared too: we had the hand-crank radio, flashlights, batteries, and I even knew where everything was! Fortunately, we got power back the next day. Tomorrow's post will be about Japanese karaoke, or, as the local's call it, the "ra-ra-ra." Actually, it is supposed to be "la-la-la," but since Japanese language does not have the "l" sound, they make it as close as they can.
Just interesting notes and pictures from our travels.
