Parking on the street sides / Парковка на обочинах

Japan has the law prohibiting the drivers from talking on the cell phone while driving. The law, however, allows (or it seems like it does) to pull over and talk on the side of the road. Well, the roads are pretty narrow already, and it is hard at times to drive around the cars that are parked on the side of the streets, so other drivers need to cross the middle line to pass the parked cars. 

В Японии существует закон, запрещающий разговоры по сотовому телефону одновременно с  вождением автомобиля. Поэтому водители, как только у них звонит телефон, принимают чуть-чуть влево и останавливаются прямо на дороге чтоб принять звонок. Как видно на картинке, дороги и без того узкие, так что объезжать иногда приходится по встречной полосе.
