We went to a farmer's market. It was not too crowded (kind of empty, actually), but nevertheless we got peaches, cucumbers, onions, eggplants, tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, chili peppers (or so we think, but they are spicy) and flowers, and we did not spend more than $40 total. And we got the very decent size packages too. You can see approximately the size of a package on the pictures. There is a picture of a lonely food vendor there too. There is food for sale pretty much on every occasion.
Мы ходили на рынок, я думал что будем толкаться в толпе, но было довольно пусто. Тем не менее, мы купили перскиков, огурцов, лука, баклажанов, помидоров, картошки, чеснока, острого перца, и цветов, и на все про все потратили не больше 1200 рублей. И мы неплохо отоварились, было тяжело нести! На картинках видно примерные размеры овощей для продажи. Еще есть фотография одинокого продавца какой-то непонятной еды. Тут так принято, еду продают практически по любому поводу.
