Driving in wild nature, part 4: beyond the end of the journey/

Aaaaaaaaaaand after a couple of long days of driving we made it to the end. Actually, to the beginning of the highway. We are going further down south.

Here is the bigger picture. Below it says that this is the beginning of Alaska-Canada highway.

A beautiful sunny day.

We are in Alberta. 50 miles north of Calgary.

We are passing Calgary by to avoid traffic.

Going further, this is Crowsnest pass.

And this is Crowsnest Lake.

The road led us back to British Columbia. This is what the sign on the border of the provinces look like.

And this is Terex 33-19, "Titan", which, for 25 years has been the biggest truck in the world. It is located in Sparwood, BC.

And that is the end of the Alaska-Canada highway travel. Twenty-four-hundred miles, a couple of hours by plane, or between two days (for the fast ones) and weeks (in a motor home enjoying the view). Either way, very scenic.
