They are taking pictures of the Tokyo Sky Tree, I wrote about it about a year ago. This time (October 2011), the tower looks done, even though the official completion date is not until December 2011. Nonetheless, a magnificent view!
By the way, these photographers on the picture above are by the Oshiage subway station. The station surroundings are being reconstructed because of the tower complex.
Они фотографируют башню "Небесное дерево Токио", я о ней писал почти год назад. На этот раз (в октябре 2011-го года), башня выглядит достроенной, даже хотя и официальная информация гласит что строительство окончится только в декабре. Тем не менее, башня выглядит очень внушительно.
Кстати, люди, фотографирующие башню (на картинке выше), находятся рядом со станцией метро Ошиаге. Окрестности станции реконструируют специально из-за башни.
The tower can be seen from many places. This is Oshiage district.
