Lake Towada fireworks festival/

Lake Towada holds the firework festival in July every year. This year the festival was scheduled for July 14-16. During this time, the small village of Yasumiya gets to greet a lot of guests.

Entire families come to see the fireworks.

Yasumiya is also famous for the Statues of Bronze Maidens, which is a monument, commemorating the 15th anniversary of Lake Towada's national park dedication.

Local vendors will not leave anyone hungry.

Any other time, Yasumiya is one of the destinations of the local leisure ship that goes between several villages located on the lake. During the fireworks, all the ships came to Yasumiya, and anyone could buy a ticket to watch the fireworks from the ships. The ship further away is already anchored for the show, while the one by the pier is just pulling out.

The show turned out to be good:
