Atomium/

Atomium is a building completed by the World Fair in 1958. Ever since then it has been a symbol of Brussels and attracts thousands of tourists every day.

There is something in every one of these big silver balls, and the one on the very top (with a flag) has a restaurant and an observation deck. Let's get up there. The elevator may look old, but the Atomium has just been remodeled a couple of years ago.

It's about 300 feet up in the air.

Look, Mini-Europe!

Tokyo is that way. Almost 6000 miles.

Solar energy is a big deal in Europe. It is especially obvious from the higher ground.

The hardest part about visiting mini-Europe and Atomium is choosing from one of the good places to eat located just here.
