It happens/

Shinkansen train system, Japanese bullet trains, are famous for their punctuality. The average variation time between the actual and scheduled arrival times is usually not more than forty seconds, for 200-400 miles of travel. But this time, the weather made the train stop in place for almost an hour. The winds of up to 30 meters per second made travel unsafe, so the train had to wait until the winds calmed down. Note for the future: if the train is significantly late, passengers may ask for compensation. Whether they get it or not, is a different story, but they can always ask.

We are not stopping here/Эй прибавь-ка ходу, машинист!

We are not stopping at the Fukushima station, let's keep going!

In reality, this is a different Fukushima station. I already mentioned before that in Japanese you can spell the same word with different characters. This particular Fukushima station is in the city of Osaka.
