More Japanese superstitions/

Here are some of the Japanese superstitions:

"If you whistle at night, snakes come around." There are snakes in Japan, and some of them are poisonous.

"If you sneeze three times, someone may be talking about you." Those, probably, who are talking about taking you to the doctor.

"If you have thick and large lobes on your ears, you will become rich." Start stretching them now.

"You will get better from a cold once you pass it to someone else." It is more fun to be sick together!

"If you sleep right after you eat, you will be a cow." That's the same all over the world.

"When frogs make sounds, it may rain." It may or it may not. Sounds like a usual weather forecast. :)
