One more time about the narrow roads/

So it can happen, anyone can be stuck behind a bicyclist on a narrow curvy road. By the way, that bicyclist was wearing headphones listening to music. This almost answers the question asked in a comment to the post on not talking on the cell phone while driving. The question was whether it's legal to talk on the cell phone while bicycling. So this person is listening to music, so technically she can be singing along and how is singing along not talking? She looks like a responsible individual, so she must know the laws. And if she is doing it that must be allowed. There is one tiny problem with these reasonings: I only saw a cop here once.
